Peppertree Maggie Valley Resort Villas and Inn

I love Maggie Valley NC. Everyone is very nice and very friendly. The restaurants serve the best fresh and tasty meals . The mountains are beautiful all year. This resort is my favorite.

Beautiful views, incredibly friendly staff, and very nice, clean rooms. Not only is everything about the rooms great, but the staff is so helpful and kind. I lost an earring that was very sentimental to me while staying up there. I called the office, distraught, and a few days later they called to say they found the earring and were mailing it back to me. I always look forward to our stay in Maggie Valley, largely in part to the treatment we always receive at Peppertree.

Loved our stay at this beautiful riverside Airbnb! The location was peaceful and scenic, with stunning water views right from the porch. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy nature. We can’t wait to come back!

This is an amazing little secret place in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. Technically, it's a Timeshare. But not like most timeshares. This one only has 40 condos. All have amazing views of the mountains and the golf course! This resort is entirely owned and self managed by the owners. No big companies. No one even asks if you want to buy one or sit through a presentation. Because they don't have presentations! Yes, you can buy one, but you will have to be the one that asks. All condos are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With one or two decks or porches to enjoy the great views. They have a living room and a kitchen with all full-size appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, range, refrigerator and, depending on the unit, either a washer and dryer in the unit or a laundry area between the buildings. Rentals are available for a two night minimum stay and are actually less expensive than most local motel rooms! By the way, if you do want to buy one, they are incredibly inexpensive, and the annual fees are only around $600 for your whole week! I used to come to Maggie Valley every year and rent a cabin for a week or two and spend thousands. I did that for over 30 years before I even found out about these fantastic condominium timeshares. That's how much of a secret they are. I'm adding a couple of pictures of the view I had from my unit in November. Well, now you know the secret.

Peppertree Maggie Valley resort is a hidden treasure! It’s just over the mountain from Cherokee and it’s about 40 miles from Asheville, including the fabulous Biltmore. The condo units here are roomy and comfortable and private. The climate here in the summer is amazing, cool in the morning and pleasant in the afternoon. Many good restaurants with a variety of cuisines are convenient. A lot of sports are available from Whitewater rafting to golf. I highly recommend Peppertree Maggie Valley.

We've been coming up yearly for 26 years. Great for relaxing and distressing. There are lots of great restaurants and love driving to the towns nearby. Recommend Museum of the Cherokee.

Currently staying at Peppertree Maggie Valley resort villas. Our unit is on the upper floor which we prefer. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to Maggie Valley shopping & restaurants. It is close to Waynesville and Lake Junaleska. Guests need to know that the unit has a Keurig coffee machine with very small coffee mugs. Suggest you bring large mugs or you will be disappointed. Also, the management company does not supply shampoo. This was a surprise and caused us to go and buy our own. Our view is of the golf course with a small creek across from our unit. Nice views with an assigned parking spot.

The unit was clean and adequate. There were some stains and minor instances of wear and tear, but that didn’t take away from the vacation. Golf course was in great shape. Waynesville, the parkway, Max Patch, Hot Springs, Clingman’s Dome and the Art Loeb Trail were all spectacular.
